REDFOX refrigerated and heated buffets are the most suitable equipment for storing and serving food in any food operation. In heated showcases, food is heated using a water bath and overhead halogen lights, which maintain the temperature of the food from +30 °C to +90 °C. The REDFOX refrigerated display case is equipped with a cooling unit that ensures the temperature of the food from +4 °C to +8 °C. The showcase is easy to operate thanks to the control unit. The display shows the temperature of the bath in the bath during operation. REDFOX sideboards can be supplied in any RAL shade, or with several special additional modifications, and thus it is possible to obtain devices that fit perfectly into any interior in a hotel, restaurant, etc.
