RM LOTUS 600
The RM 600 professional kitchen unit is intended for smaller kitchens that serve a maximum of 100 meals. It is ideal for small restaurants, buffets, fast food or bistros that have very spacious options, but do not want to detract from their requirements for kitchen equipment and their performance, quality or design. The line can also be installed in a U or L shape, making it a universal cooking solution that can be maximally adapted to the type and orientation of the kitchen. We offer the RM 600 line in 100 different models made of stainless steel, and here you can find professional stoves, ovens, grill plates, water and lava grills, fryers with a cold zone, french fries holders, pasta cookers, frying pans, water baths and other line gastro equipment. Most modules are available in gas and electric versions, as well as in several width variants and substructure options. All RM lines are adapted for installation on plinths.
