Kneaders
Specialized dough kneading equipment is designed to process various types of stiff dough. Thanks to their durable and simple construction, they can handle large volumes of dough for a long time. The dough is processed in a rotating stainless steel bowl, in which the kneading spiral rotates along its axis. The dough cover is removable and is supplemented with a hinged protective hinged cover for greater safety. Dough kneaders are indispensable, for example, in pizzerias, where they form basic kitchen equipment. Thanks to their purpose, they are designed for maximum load and durability. They have an irreplaceable role in canteens and competition canteens, as well as in other larger gastroenterprises. Dough kneaders can simultaneously process a larger batch of dough in the same size container than universal robots.
