RM SLIM convection ovens
RM STEAMBOX convection ovens are the perfect multifunctional helper for modern gastronomy. They offer a sophisticated combination of heat treatment of food with hot air, steam or their combination, with humidification and dehumidification, with a probe or also maintaining temperature. In addition, the SLIM version offers all the features and benefits of our best RM STEAMBOX convection ovens in a compact and space-saving design. Thanks to the ingenious SymbioticSystem patent, the RM STEAMBOX SLIM combi steamers combine two methods of producing high-quality steam - steam produced in the boiler quickly and economically, i.e. steam generated by immediate injection. The use of two steam production methods makes it possible to have steam in the combi oven chamber at any time of the highest quality and much faster than with traditional systems.
