Fryers

The RM 700 drop-in grill plates are available in an electric version. The subsequent division is based on the surface structure of the grill surface, which can be smooth, grooved or combined. The surface of the top plate is either made of brushed steel or very durable chrome. The basis of each grill plate is a steel alloy with excellent heat conduction. The system for connecting the hotplate to the upper frame complies with the highest hygiene requirements and is easy to clean and maintain thanks to welding. The RM 700 drop-in grill plates are available in standard sizes of 40 and 80 cm. Grease drawers are not included with these fryers due to the individual needs of each installation.
