Professional QQI dishwashers are intended for washing glass and dishes. This series of dishwashers has two washing programs and one self-cleaning program. Dishwashers with a waste pump also have a special program for automatic draining. Thanks to the easy-to-use LED display and simple operation, the time required for staff training is shortened and the possibility of error is reduced to a minimum. The construction of dishwashers is all-stainless steel and single-shell. All models have a pressed wash tub for the easiest possible cleaning and pressed basket supports. Washing is carried out with water at a temperature of 60 °C, which is pumped through filters into the bathtub. Rinsing water from the boiler at a temperature of 80 °C (QQI 37 and QQI 42 - 65 °C) is forced out by the pressure of the supplied water. When washing plates, it is necessary to first remove coarse dirt using a pressure shower. The drying of the plates is ensured by the temperature difference between the rinsing water and the surrounding air, which causes water to evaporate from the dishes. The dishwashers are controlled using a three-digit LED display, and the washing progress is displayed on a 5-diode LED strip. The advantage of QQI dishwashers is the two-way pump, which ideally distributes water and significantly reduces energy consumption and noise compared to classic pumps with a T-shaped starter.
