FryersElectric and gas fryers REDFOX 700 have a stainless steel pressed tub AISI 304 with rounded inner corners. The electric version has special rotating heating elements with triple windings for easy cleaning and maintenance. The gas fryers have direct gas exchangers with high efficiency. The top plate is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Of course, there is a spacious cold zone between the heating element and the bottom of the tub, which ensures healthier frying and a longer oil life. The fryers are manufactured in standard sizes 400 and 800 mm in width. Stationary modules are available with or without a platform and stainless steel door. The models with a platform are equipped with a gastronorm and a filter for easy draining and maintenance of the oil, which makes it last much longer and thus contributes to cost reduction.
