Electric
Electric cookers for the REDFOX 700 line are available in standard width dimensions of 400, 800 or 1,200 mm. The top plate is pressed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. The modules of the 600 line are connected by universal strips, which connect everything into one whole and at the same time prevent the ingress of dirt. It is offered in the design of 2, 4 or 6 plates, which have 6 levels of power regulation. A big advantage is the internal thermostatic protection against overheating. Even if the kitchen staff forgets to turn off the empty hotplate, the thermostatic protection will reduce the power of the hotplate to prevent damage to it. It thus saves electrical energy and contributes to the safe operation of the kitchen. Tabletop stoves of the REDFOX 700 line provide a wide variability of location and choice of possible substructures. Electric and gas stoves can be combined with closed substructures without doors and with substructures with doors.
