Gas
The REDFOX gas boiler for the 900 line is equipped with a semi-automatic bleed-off and a safety pressure fitting that prevents the potential explosion of an over-pressurized duplicator. The tank, cover and front panel are made of AISI 304 with a thickness of 1.5 mm. We offer gas boilers with a volume of 100-150 liters. The bottom of the duplicator is made of AISI 316 material, resistant to salt. Tank sides, top plate and front panel are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.5 mm thick top plate provides maximum resistance and durability. The double bottom and indirect heating of the duplicator enable indirect heating of the food, which does not burn. A semi-automatic water filling system, pressure control using a 0.5 bar safety valve and a manometer guarantees easy and safe operation. The semi-automatic filling of the duplicator, where the duplicator starts to fill automatically with one click, offers easier maintenance and problem-free operation thanks to the absence of probes that do not become calcified. The outlet has a conical shape.
