Solid
We offer solid salamanders in the REDFOX range in an all-stainless design with the option of 3 fixed positions of the retractable grate, a power on indicator and a removable back wall. REDFOX salamander heating elements are made of a special Incoloy 800 alloy and are highly resistant to high temperatures. The heat output is regulated by a positionable regulator. The rear wall of the salamander is removable. This makes the equipment passable between the cook and the serving area.
