RM 900 - New 2027
The RM 900 line is a modular kitchen system from the RM brand, designed for operations serving 300 meals a day or more, with 6–18 operating hours per day – typically canteens, cook-serve kitchens, catering facilities, self-service buffets and school canteens. It belongs to the upper-mid class, where it competes on build quality, robust construction and a significant share of electronic control on selected products – operation via a combination of a touch display and a rotary knob, sensors, and sound/visual signals for the operator. The goal is a high level of device autonomy, i.e. the ability of selected functions (e.g. automatic filling, heating, delayed start) to run independently without operator supervision, with simple operation suitable even for less qualified staff. Thanks to a universal width solution for the modules (400, 800 and 1200 mm, depth 900–930 mm), the 900 line can be combined with the RM 700 line. The construction is heavy-duty, with a top plate made of 2 mm stainless steel sheet and a casing made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The set can be complemented with side end modules to finish the line, a work-surface guard rail, shelves and drawers for empty base units. All RM lines are designed for installation on a plinth. The RM 900 line will be available from May 2027; minor adjustments to the current products may still occur before then.
