Hot cupboards
REDFOX plate warmers are professional devices designed to heat plates for lower heat loss during serving and a better gastronomic experience. The selection in our assortment is from three capacity designs for 30, 60 or 120 plates. The cabinets are all-stainless design with a double jacket. The control panel allows the preheating temperature of the plates to be regulated between 30-90 °C. The stainless steel door protects the plates from contamination before dispensing. The plate warmers have the option of opening the door on the right or on the left for models with one door.
